Escape from Wrath
đ„ Rise and Reflect: Escape from Wrath (1 Thessalonians 5:9)
The Ruby of Deliverance â crimson assurance purchased by His blood
Good morning, friend! Let this undeniable truth guard your spirit today:
âGod did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christâ (1 Thessalonians 5:9, NKJV).
The coming Tribulation is Godâs righteous judgment on a Christ-rejecting worldâa dark season known as âJacobâs troubleâ (Jeremiah 30:7). But here is the glorious hope: Godâs people are not destined to endure this wrath. Instead, He has appointed us to be rescued!
The pre-tribulation Rapture is not just a way to escape trouble; it is divine deliverance guaranteed by Godâs sovereign plan (Revelation 3:10). Christâs blood has secured our rescue, and His promise of catching us away before His wrath falls is certain. When fear or guilt tries to creep into your heart, remind yourself boldly: Christ endured the wrath in your placeâyour name is written in crimson by His sacrifice (Romans 5:9).
This deliverance is not simply about avoiding hardship but about being caught up into eternal life, free from condemnation and judgment. It fuels our hope and fuels our mission to share this life-saving message urgently with those still under threat.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for bearing my wrath on the cross. Use me as Your instrument to pull others from the fire before it is too late. Keep me faithful as I wait in hope. Amen.
Your Step Today:
Write â1 Thess. 5:9 = RESCUED!â on a card or sticky note and place it somewhere youâll see oftenâlet it be a daily reminder of Godâs deliverance.
